Amanda Pierce Aesthetics was founded in 2008 by Amanda Pierce following a successful career in the NHS spanning over 20 years. Amanda did her initial aesthetics training in botulinum toxin and dermal fillers on Harley Street in London, and setup the business soon after.
Initially the business was run as a mobile aesthetic practice, with Amanda treating clients in their own homes, and from ten partner hair and beauty salons throughout Rossendale, until demand allowed the first clinic to be opened in St Johns Court, Rawtenstall. During this time in 2011 the business incorporated as a limited company – Amanda Pierce Aesthetics Limited.
Amanda completed her Independent Nurse Prescribers qualification, allowing her to directly prescribe botulinum toxin to patients, allowing the business to grow further.
With business booming and rapidly outgrowing the existing clinic, the search began for a new home for the business. After much searching a new larger unit became available in the same building, and the business moved from Suite 1 to Suite 3 St Johns Court – increasing capacity from one to three clinical rooms, and providing room for further growth.
Amanda’s reputation in the industry grew quickly, and in 2014 the business began to provide a finance facility to clients, allowing more people than ever before to access treatment. Later that year the business made a substantial investment in the Soprano Ice laser hair removal system, a ground breaking hair removal device.
2016 saw the expansion of the home use products the company offered, and new brands including Sesderma and True North were brought onboard to give clients access to innovative skincare products.
Following substantial growth in 2015 and 2016, in 2017 the business rebranded as Amanda Pierce Beauty, and launched a new logo and website to suit.
