ABOUT US
Amanda Pierce Aesthetics was founded in 2008 by Amanda Pierce following a successful career in the NHS spanning over 20 years. Amanda did her initial aesthetics training in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers on Harley Street in London.

As a fully qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Advanced Nurse Practitioner (BSc(Hons)) Amanda completed her Independent Nurse Prescribers qualification in 2009, allowing her to directly prescribe Botulinum Toxin to patients and grow the business further.
With a wealth of experience in Dermal Fillers and Botulinum Toxin (Botox) Amanda developed an excellent reputation within the industry and is highly regarded amongst industry experts. She has trained alongside other world leaders in the Aesthetics Industry and has been responsible for training other Doctors, Dentists and Nurses in Dermal Fillers.

Amanda now leads a team at Amanda Pierce Aesthetics in a state of the art clinic in Rawtenstall and spends her time consulting and treating many long-standing and loyal clients that travel from all over the country (and some from overseas) just to see Amanda.
HOW IT WORKS
WRINKLE-RELAXING
Amanda Pierce is recognised as an expert in this treatment, with extensive medical training in this field and has trained other medical professionals.

Wrinkle-relaxing treatments relax facial muscles resulting in a smoothing of the skin and softening of the lines we create when we express ourselves. Worry lines, frown lines, crow's feet and forehead wrinkles can be dramatically reduced.
DERMAL FILLERS
A full medical history is taken during the consultation and the treatment explained fully. Amanda will advise you which dermal filler is suitable for your face and discuss the exact requirements of your treatment. Dermal filler is an extremely effective treatment for smoothing out nose to mouth lines or lifting corners of the mouth, for example. Results are instant.
​Amanda Pierce has perfected her technique for sculpting the face by lifting cheeks, filling sunken eyes (tear troughs- one of her specialities), correcting ageing jawlines all using dermal fillers with amazing results.
LIP FILLERS
A full medical history is taken during the consultation and the treatment explained fully. The consultation will be carried out at our own aesthetic clinic in Rawtenstall. Tiny amounts of the lip filler is injected precisely into the lips. A very fine needle is used. Or, for a more natural look, a cannula is used whihc is a blunt, fine-tipped tube. This approach gives us the option of a very subtle look or something fuller depending on you and what you want. Amanda will discuss this with you first, and advise the most suitable procedure for you. Results are instant and last between 6-9 months- up to 15 months in some cases
FAT-DISSOLVING
A full medical history is taken during the consultation and the treatment explained fully. Amanda will look at the areas you're concerned about and decide whether or not Aqualyx is a suitable treatment for you.
As your body has to flush out the stubborn fat, results are not instant and can take up to 12 weeks to see the full effect.
​Any fat that is dissolved, is removed permanently. But if your weight were to fluctuate, you could put the weight back on in the same area which is why it's important you're able to maintain a steady weight in order to see the best results.
